What is 5G network? 

5G is the 5th generation network in the world of telecommunications. It the successor of 4G network. The researches on 5G network started from 2008.

When will 5G network be established in India? 

Most probably, it's not possible to establish 5G network in india because the trials are still in the beginning level in India, the trials can take a minimum time span of 6 months. So the dream of using 5G in 2021 cannot be fulfilled. 

If everything happen as per the plans, 5G networks in India would start from next year (ie. 2022) . 

Will 5G be limited to urban areas?

The telecommunication companies have started their trails in many parts of the country in order to launch 5G uniformly throughout the country. Even the government has given the companies permission to begin their trials in rural, semi rural and urban areas in order to launch 5G uniformly. 

So if everything goes as per the plan the people living in rural areas, semi rural areas as well as urban areas can enjoy 5G  from the a same time. 

What will be the cost of 5G in India? 

In India the cost of the 4G data is too low. The data charges in India is cheapest in the whole world. Hence people of India consume a lot of data. 

In many countries where 5G network has already begun, the cost of the data is same as the cost of 4G. For example in UAE, the cost of 3G and 4G data are equal to that of 5G.

So as per the assumptions, the cost of 5G india will also be the cheapest data charge in the world as it would probably be equal to that of 4G.

But as companies are investing a lot of money on the equipments required for trials of 5G. The cost of the data might be a little bit high in the beginning, but once it becomes common 5G will be as cheap as 4G.
